100‑Night Mattress Trial
Mattresses include a 100‑night, risk‑free trial for orders delivered within the contiguous U.S. We recommend trying the mattress for at least 30 nights while your body adjusts.
- Trial starts on delivery day.
- No restocking fee within the contiguous U.S.
- One return per product type per household.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item:
- Was purchased directly from our website.
- Is within the applicable trial or return window.
- Is clean, undamaged, and in reasonable condition beyond normal use.
How to Start a Return

Refunds

Adjustable Bases & Accessories

Outside the Contiguous U.S.
Orders shipped via freight forwarders or outside the contiguous U.S. may not be eligible for free returns. We’ll be happy to discuss options and any associated costs with you.
